12/16/2022 David Montero can be depended upon to be punctual, honest, thorough and professional. He arrives early and stays late when necessary. You will be given a fair price and he cleans up behind himself nicely. I have used David's services for many projects in my home and that of family members and friends. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality service and I will continue to go back to him for my projects big and small.

David Montero and Company provided within budget work with above budget workmanship while installing two French doors to code, floor leveling between previous additions to our home, installing vinyl plank flooring at high traffic areas and ceiling repair of plumbing and roof leak damage, trimming out and painting all work to match existing decor. Just an excellent job all under the estimated time frame given.

I called David to assist with repairing a water leak in my bathroom ceiling. He was very responsive, kind and helpful throughout the process. He ensured that all my questions were answered prior to the repair. He was also very flexible when it came to scheduling the visit to do an estimate / actual day of repair. David and his team did a great and thorough job on my ceiling and I would definitely work with him again. Highly recommended!
